Access to and use of skay77 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Bonuses forfeited, and Funds returned to the originating payment method after an AML review.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on skay77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and balances may be voided.

You must notify skay77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. skay77 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
skay77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity.
Before processing a withdrawal request, and at any other time we consider appropriate under our AML obligations, skay77 will require you to submit documents confirming your identity and payment details. Acceptable documents include:

Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, ordinarily within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. Delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside skay77's control.
All transactions on skay77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are applied by skay77; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own conversion charges if your account is held in a different currency.
Note: skay77 does not accept deposits made in cryptocurrency. All deposits must be funded from a verified Indonesian Rupiah bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
To submit a withdrawal request you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit from the payment method you intend to use for withdrawal; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonuses credited to your Account.
skay77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for the majority of requests submitted during normal operating conditions. Requests may take longer if: (i) additional security checks are required; (ii) the request falls outside standard banking hours; (iii) the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds and requires enhanced AML review; or (iv) your KYC documentation is incomplete.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our AML obligations. skay77 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If your original deposit method is no longer available, you must contact customer support to discuss alternative arrangements, which will be subject to enhanced verification.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page. These limits may differ by payment method and tier of Account. skay77 reserves the right to stage large withdrawal payments across multiple transactions on consecutive business days.
All Bonuses offered by skay77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the Bonus is activated. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus.
skay77 monitors player activity to detect patterns consistent with Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus; placing low-risk or offsetting bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found engaging in Bonus abuse will have Bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
